The Boys, one of the most-watched series of Amazon Prime, will have a second season and Eric Kripke, showrunner of the production, shared the first image on his social networks. In this first photo, we see Frenchie, Hughie, and Mother’s Milk.
In this new image, we see Kripke next to the actors full of blood, so he gives us a hint of what we will see in the new season of The Boys. In addition, the creator invites his followers to watch the series on Amazon Prime.
The Boys is a series based on the comic by Garth Ennis and Darrick Robertson. In the series, we see the performance of Chace Crawford, Karl Urban, Antony Starr, Jack Quaid, Usher, Karen Fukuhara, Erin Moriarty, Laz Alonso and features the special appearance of Simon Pegg.
The series produced by Seth Rogen with Eric Kripke, tells the story of a group of vigilantes who seek to stop corrupt superheroes who abuse their powers. The group known as The Boys is made up of Hughie, Mother’s Milk, Billy Butcher, The Female, and Frenchie.
The production of the second season was announced during the panel of The Boys in San Diego Comic-Con and will arrive sometime in 2020. Sony Pictures TV Studios and Amazon produce the series, is a great success on the streaming platform in the first two weeks of release. Given the great response, Eric Kripke said he would work more in the second season.
I am much more than excited about the response of the first season. And mainly, that has made me put my butt to work even harder in the second season.
